At Wanberry, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 10 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
Be in their original condition with all tags attached.
Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.
Not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Final sale or clearance items.
Gift cards.
Items marked as non-returnable on the product page.
Products that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact our support team at support@wanberry.com.
Include your order number and the reason for the return.
Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Ship the item to the address provided in the return authorization email.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery otherwise return and refund are not allowed
Please provide:
1. Your order number.
2.A description of the issue.
3.Clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will work quickly to resolve the issue through a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for different sizes or colors subject to product availability. Contact our support team for assistance.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are processed and shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
